This year's Eco House is spectacular. Tremendous architecture, design, and sustainable technologies make this the “home of the future” now. It is durable, sustainable, comfortable, and beautiful. The Eco-House for 2009 is Net-Zero. Zero energy building (ZEB) or net zero energy building is a term applied to buildings with zero net energy consumption and zero carbon emissions annually. A special thanks to SALA Architects Inc. Dave, Eric, Marc, Chris, and Jared. Nice work.
